What the app had to solve
A car service runs on spreadsheets, messengers and paper orders. Bays sit idle, parts are missing at the wrong moment, and clients don’t understand what they pay for.
The CRM had to bring bookings, mechanics’ work, inventory and client communication into one system — and stay clear for people who don’t like software.
What the CRM does
Bay board
Day and week by bay: bookings drag and resize, conflicts are checked live, actions can be undone.
Work orders and kanban
Labour by standard hours, parts with reservation, payments, debt and change history.
Client approvals
The client gets a link with recommendations and photos and approves the work — the answer shows up in the CRM instantly.
Inventory
Stock and reservations per branch, minimum levels and an automatic supplier order draft.
Printing and overview
Work order, intake act with a body diagram and completion act on A4; revenue, average ticket and bay load.
How it looks.

How it’s built
Angular with strict TypeScript and Angular CDK for drag and drop. The app works from the first open with data stored locally — for a real business a server and database are connected.
