Privacy policy
Updated: October 25, 2026
This page explains what personal data the site collects, why, and how it is handled. In short: only what you send through the contact form, and only to reply to you.
01Who is responsible
Roman Zelenskyi, web developer, Sumy, Ukraine. Questions about your data: romazelenskiy2000@gmail.com.
02What is collected
Only what you enter in the contact form:
your name;
your email;
your message, plus the project type and budget if you picked them.
The site uses no analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking.
03Why
To reply to your request and discuss the project. The data is never used for newsletters and never sold to third parties.
04How it is processed
Your request reaches the site’s server and is forwarded to me on Telegram, so a copy is stored by Telegram under its own terms. There are no other recipients.
05How long it is kept
As long as needed to talk about the project, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact if we don’t start working together. You can ask for deletion at any time.
06Cookies
The site stores one technical cookie — your chosen language (lang) — so it opens in the same language next time. It holds no personal data and is not used for tracking.
07Your rights
You can ask what data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent. Write to romazelenskiy2000@gmail.com — I’ll reply within 30 days.
If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (GDPR).
08Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date.
